Dustin Aleman
Dustin is just like you. He stayed on his parents’ insurance policy as long as possible, until the day came when Mom and Dad said, “I think you are old enough to get your own insurance.”
Professional experience
When it was time to find his own insurance, Dustin had no experience, training or guidance. He did it mostly wrong, which is how he figured out how to do it right! Like most people, he just stayed with the same insurance company his parents had. It was easier that way, it was familiar and if his parents trusted them, why shouldn’t he? Dustin started his insurance agency business to help save you lots of unnecessary time and pain - by helping you do it right the first time!
His first agency was with a captive insurance carrier. He learned the ins and outs of the insurance world. He learned how to effectively educate his clients on all of their policies. Providing his clients with the peace of mind that if they ever needed to use their policies they would be covered. Throughout the years, Dustin struggled with the fact that his policies continued to increase and he had no control over that. He continued to maintain his client base because his customer service was worth the overpriced insurance yet thought all along that there must be a better way.

Dustin has been a business professional for 30 years including six years in the corporate world and 24 years as a business owner. He has been married to his wife Natale for 14 years. They have 3 kids and live on a sustainable farm. Dustin is passionate about sustainable farming and growing clean, organic food for his family.

She enjoys working with people and helping others grow and learn. In her spare time, Hailey likes sports, reading and relaxing. She and her husband, Ryan, have three children, Brooklynn, Cole and Mary.
